How many of you have been feeling out of sorts lately? We have had some intense cosmic energy over the past few weeks. The first aspect of this energy started around June 21st. Our second aspect was July 6. Many of us are feeling super emotional, like we want to explode! We feel frustrated, angry, irritable. This will pass but the reason for this intense energy is to get each one of us to release something that we are repressing. Perhaps you are still harboring some resentment for not getting a job or you're still mad at your mate. Maybe you're mad at yourself for not following through on something. Now's the time to do some emotional work on yourself and get rid of what's really troubling you. Get to the root of the problem and release it. If you truly don't know what's upsetting you, then you could be picking up on other people's energy. So now is the perfect time to exercise or channel this pent up, explosive energy into something constructive. If someone starts to rant and rave and go off on you, try to bring peace and love into the situation. Release tension as soon as possible. On the full moon on July 21, we experience another round of these intense energies. If by this time, we have not let go of any emotional baggage, the universe may clear it for us. Earth will clear the negative energy for us through the form of tornadoes storms, hurricanes, etc. The good news is that once you have cleared your emotional baggage you can easily make goals happen.

You will be able to move freely into a successful period and experience lots of joys and rewards.

However, do not forget that we have another Mercury retrograde period coming up July 23 and lasting until August 15. Plan around this times. This one is in the sign of Leo! Saturn in Leo - Lessons for All!

Every 29.5 years, the Lord of Karma, the planet Saturn pays you a visit. This year he is calling on our Leo friends, those birthdays that fall July 23 - August 22. He will announce his visit July 17th and stay until September 2007. Are we ready to let him in? Will he be a welcome friend or the house guest from hell?

How will you prepare for his arrival and stay? This next two years can be very unpleasant or the most amazing you've ever had.

Saturn is a cosmic teacher. He challenges us to change our lives for the better. He tests us to make us stronger. Saturn's lesson is different for every one. It depends on what your soul needs to learn. Typically, you are given three tests over the course of the time Saturn visits. The first test is an introduction to the issue you are to deal with. By the time the second test is given, you should have a game plan and take some sort of action. If you have not resolved an issue, learned a karmic lesson or made a change, the third test is very difficult. You could feel overwhelmed. But Saturn is really not a bad guy. He'll reward you for a job well done. If you meet each test and challenge, there are wonderful benefits to look forward to, at the end of this cycle.

Most of the time, we hang onto things that are no longer valid in our lives; a bad job, a poor marriage, a low self esteem and the like. Saturn's job is to help you get rid of what is holding back so you can make room for better things. I remember counseling a Pisces woman years ago when Saturn was in her sign. I spoke of the opportunities for growth with Saturn. Growth that is, if she were willing, to make changes. I also told her about the down side to Saturn; if she wasn't willing to make changes, life could be a roller coaster ride. She contacted me years later to thank me for counseling her on how to deal with Saturn. She said the last few years were the best of her life! She learned a lot and was a better and more spiritual person now.

Saturn in Leo will affect all of us in some way. No matter what sign you are, you will learn a lesson pertinent to the area of your astrological chart that Leo falls in. Because many of my readers may not know a lot about astrology and even what their rising sign is, I have compiled a list of how Saturn will affect every sun sign. If you do know your rising sign, please read that too.

Aries - Saturn will teach you about responsibility to your children. Some of you may get pregnant this year. Others who have kids, may be spending a great deal of time and energy on them. Love affairs will also be a big theme. You'll learn a great deal about affairs of the heart. New relationships may enter your life to teach you lessons. You may think that there is no time for fun. So another Saturn lesson is to a do a balancing act between work and play. Safeguard investments. It's not a time to be frivolous or take unnecessary risks with money.

Taurus - You'll learn a lot about responsibility to your home and family. Many of you want to move or feel like putting down roots somewhere. For others, this is a period where you take on responsibility regarding loved ones. There may be concern for an older parent or the needs of a child. On a spiritual level, it's time to heal old wounds and your inner child. Family First will be the theme. However, you will feel torn between work demands and your wife/husband and kids. You find a way to balance it all so you can spend quality time with those you cherish.

Gemini - The way you think about life and your direction is changing. You will look at life quite differently now. The way you communicate is changing too. There will be a serious tone to your personality. You will learn to be responsible for what you say and how you say them Contracts and negotiations will be important. There could be many and you will have to keep on top of everything and read the fine print. Be willing to fight fair. You may have some car trouble. Disagreements and sibling rivalry could also come up but give you the opportunity as well to grow closer to brothers and sisters.

Cancer - You will learn exactly how much money controls you and how to squeeze a dollar out of dime. Cancers will learn how to do more with less. This is a time, that you will come to understand security isn't about money, but it comes from within. There are many things that will change about your value system. Some of you may be making large purchases like a home or purchasing a business. You will be committed to pay off debt and people you owe. This is a great time to understand the Law of Prosperity.

Leo - With Saturn on your sun, you'll be making changes in just about every area of your life that needs improving. Do not be afraid because the universe wants to make things right. This is a big period regarding personal karma. If you have laid good foundations, this period could be a time of great reward. However, if you have lessons yet to learn, this is the time to learn them and become a bigger person because of it. Look at this period as a blessing and a time to make your life all that it can be. If you allow changes to happen, things go well. If you resist them, there will be more difficulties to deal with.

Virgo - Now you will be able to let go of many subconscious, old hurts, fears and issues that you have repressed over your lifetime. It can be a great time of healing and growth. Some of the issues you may not want to address, but you have no choice. These issues are bubbling to the top of the surface and now's the time to deal with them. Once this cycle is over, you will feel like a new person and as if nothing will ever hold you back. People from the past waltz back into your life to resolve things or for closure. This is a karmic healing time, one that you should embrace.

Libra - You discover the meaning of real friendship during this cycle. There may be negative friendships ending over the course of the next two years and positive ones taking their place. This is the time you know for sure who your true friends are! It is also very likely you will be working within a group dynamic in which your diplomatic skills are put to use. Some of you will be placed in new work situations that involve working with many people on a specific project. The lesson is to work with different personally types and understand people's differences.

Scorpio - Saturn is apt to be a major blessing for you. Especially if you have worked hard the past fourteen years in regards to your career. It's not time to gain some recognition and reward. You may a dream job. It's likely that you'll be given more responsibility now than ever. You will have to prove yourself worthy of getting this dream job and then have to work hard to keep it. Don't you feel as if you are on the verge of something big happening? I know you do.

Sagittarius - These next two years are a period of enlightenment. Your beliefs, ideas and even religion may change. You're seeking a higher truth and just may find it. For some of you, more education is needed to further career goals, which will reach peak in late 2007 - 2009. Now is the time to take classes and gain as much knowledge as you can. At work, your reputation may be challenged but if you have worked diligently in the past, there is nothing to worry about. Problems surrounding authority figures, bosses and older relatives may be a source of concern. But your biggest lesson is spiritual growth.

Capricorn - Other people's money, joint resources and money that is owed to you, will be part of your Saturn lesson. For the next two years, you won't be able to depend on outside sources for income if you have in the past. So plan ahead. For example if you own rental property, the renters may not pay up and then move out. Your spouse may be unemployed. You will learn to depend on yourself and your own ability where financial matters are concerned. Also this is time you are being called upon to pay off debts, maybe financial and karmic. Look at this cycle in a positive way to settle any scores and make things right.

Aquarius - Saturn will teach you alot about love and relationships; both romantic and professional. In fact, relationships of all kinds will be tested. The strong ones will weather the storms and become stronger than ever before. The weak ones, may end. Your needs are changing too in regards to love. What you needed a year ago has changed. People in your life need to accept these changes as they represent the new you. If you're single, you could meet someone very special and choose to make a commitment. If married, the union will face some tough challenges to determine if it can stand the test of time.

Pisces - This is one of your biggest weight loss cycles in ages! If you have been working hard at losing weight, Saturn will help you and give you the discipline needed to reach your goals. This is also a time to take care of loose ends and all of the projects that you've put off. If you have health problems, Saturn wants you to get rid of them once and for all. You'll also learn how to find a neutral ground among those you work with. Expect more work to be placed on your desk compared to others. Don't get discouraged because the hard work you do during this Saturn transit will not go unnoticed by late 2007 when you're in for a big reward!.

I mentioned earlier in this article about preparing for Saturn's visit. Now that you know what lessons you may be learning, what can you do to prepare? Simplify your life. Remove any negativity and get rid of any current or potential problems now. You have the power of free will to create any kind of life your heart desires.

Saturn will give you the discipline to work hard at achieving these goals and then he reward you for your efforts!

Here's something I found on the Internet to confirm that Saturn in Leo is already working. Leo rules, among other things, Hollywood, the movies, the entertainment field. Saturn restricts and challenges those things that Leo rules. How interesting!

LOS ANGELES (June 27) - "Batman Begins" took in $26.8 million to remain the top movie for the second straight weekend, but it could not keep Hollywood from sinking to its longest modern box-office slump.

Overall business tumbled despite a rush of familiar new titles - "Bewitched," a "Love Bug" update and the latest zombie tale from director George Romero.

Revenues for the top 12 movies came in at $116.5 million, down 16 percent from the same weekend last year, when "Fahrenheit 9/11" opened as the top movie with $23.9 million, according to studio estimates Sunday.

It was the 18th weekend in a row the box office declined, passing a 1985 slump of 17 weekends that had been the longest since analysts began keeping detailed figures on movie grosses.
