Thanks Pauline for the kind words. It's not as easy as you might think writing weekly horoscopes that pertain to millions of people. I have to write in more general terms versus a more detailed approach I may use with an individual and it still needs to make sense and ring true with the millions of readers. So, it's not easy! Be sure you don't read the bottom until you've worked it out!

1. First of all, pick the number of times a week that you would like to have chocolate (more than once but less than 10)

2. Multiply this number by 2 (just to be bold)

3. Add 5

4. Multiply it by 50 -- I'll wait while you get the calculator

5. Add 1755.

6. Now subtract the four digit year that you were born.

Woohoo! I got on the scale this morning and am now down to 194.2 from 200.5. I am hoping that I can surpass my goal of 7 lbs. by 1/11 for my trip to the sunny south. I watched The Biggest Loser last night and it was amazing what those families lost and how different they looked at the end of their journey.
