Summer is flying by and our fall fair season and Cosmic Connection Conference will soon be here but as we wind summer down, we are still celebrating the season with two of our last special fairs this weekend; Saturday in Port Huron MI at the Comfort Inn from 10a.m. to 5p.m. and Sunday in Flint MI at School of Massage.

Thoughts on "The Bridge"

Would like to express my appreciation to the wonderful folks in Wisconsin and Minnesota who came out to see us when we were in Hudson and the Twin Cities. The turnout was fantastic for our first show in Wisconsin so we are planning on a return visit and making Wisconsin a regular national fair stop. Will be back in December I believe! Likewise, it was wonderful to see so many new faces and old friends at the Mind, Body and Soul Wellness Center in Roseville MN. Michelle Evans and her staff are always such gracious hosts and the free treatments offered were well received. Thanks to KARE ABC news and Ryan at KS 95 for having me on air with them. It was a lot of fun.

One of the lectures I did at our events in the Twin Cities was about the bridge collapse in Minnesota and I thought I would share some thoughts with all of you on the topic as well. Between July 30th and August 5th, we have been under a Saturn/mars aspect astrologically speaking. The planet Saturn ruling concrete/foundation etc. Mars equals energy and accidents. The two planets colliding brought about the final blow to a bridge that was weakened over time by water seeping into the cracks (Neptune aspects). But on a spiritual level, it is even more than this. Our world is crumbling like the bridge! As light workers and spiritually evolved souls, anytime we see or experience something like this, we need to come together or raise the vibrational energies on Mother Earth. She is calling for healing. Who better than to do it but you and I? Through prayer work, affirmation, sending love out into the universe, working on ourselves, meditation, etc. we can all help change the energies. On a more personal note, we should ask ourselves too..."what is it in our life that is crumbling? What is it that needs attention before it crumbles? Is it a relationship? A dream? A friendship? A house? Think about what you have been ignoring or setting aside. It may be time to reconsider and give it some attention so it doesn't crumble or the foundation weaken. There is time to change things. We all have power of free will to do so.

One of the things I would also like to mention that I have not heard any other astrologer bring up is the fact that what is happening in Minnesota may very well be linked to Katrina in New Orleans. as I have written in past newsletters, New Orleans is the root chakra of our country. When the root chakra (grounding chakra) is damaged as it was by Katrina, all points leading out are effected as well. New Orleans is at the one end of the Mississippi River. The top of the Mississippi is in Minnesota! Both end of the charka line have been damaged or hurt in some way.When this happens, the rest of our energy fields (rest of the country) may not be as efficient. Think of where the line runs from New Orleans to Minneapolis. All those states and cities near the line could face economic situations or challenges. There are no coincidences. The universe is showing us signs to make changes on personal and larger levels. It all starts within ourselves, in our homes and own backyards. If your light is bright and you a beacon of hope, joy and happiness, you can't help but emit that energy out into the world. Others will pick up on it and there energy can change too. You may think you can't do much but you can. Thoughts are energy. Smiles are energy. Love is energy!

When I had my first reading over the phone with you back in January. I had asked about my mother whom had passed when I was only seven years old & you had asked me if she had a son or brother who had passed because she had her arms around a young man & you mentioned Phil. or Phillip....I replied that I didn't think so....but I kept thinking about it & the next day I phoned my grandmother & asked if my mother had lost a child.....I did not mention the sex at all & she said no but she (my grandmother) said she had a son that died at birth & she had named him "Phillip" I was in awe !!!!!! Also at my second reading in person in May at the Comfort Inn in Port Huron , Michigan I asked about my friends mother who was terminally ill & she passed in the time frame that you had told me!!!!!!! Maria, I was really impressed with your reading. I decided to break it off with my boyfriend last night. I was going to be very sweet and caring and say goodbye in the gentlest way possible and before I could even get to doing that he literally started a fight with me and began accusing me of being unfaithful and totally disrespected me in the meanest cruelest way. He hurt me very deeply and if this is a glimpse of what I was supposed to endure for the next 2.2 years WELL I am glad it is over.
