For website orders, items returned within five days are eligible for store credit, reflecting value of the returned item(s). If your original order total was under $95 and you paid for shipping, that shipping cost will not be included in your store credit. For orders placed via phone, at events, or through social media platforms, returns made within five days are also eligible for store credit, but please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable.
